All the way back to 1978 I have been taking photos and learning about real estate. I am a second generation real estate agent and love photography so it makes perfect sense that I am a real estate photographer.
Back in the good ol days agents toured homes in person. Today buyers and sellers can access information on a property from anywhere and while curb appeal is your seller's responsibility, web appeal is yours. Real estate photos are viewers first impression. Buyers spend 60% of their time looking at listing photos, and only 20% each on the listing description and agent description. (The Wall Street Journal) Homes with professional photos get 61% more views (REDFIN) I have had clients who bought homes strictly on the photos and the property sight unseen.
I always strive to make each home I photograph look it's best and put in the extra work to make it happen.
